Isaiah Simmons Construction and Landscaping completed an excavation project which entailed uprooting 20’ x 90’ of viburnum bushes, adding 4 truck loads of topsoil to level the grounds and laid St Augustine Floratam grass to complete the project. Isaiah was prompt in communicating start and end dates, knowledgeable regarding the landscape process, offers alternative ideas and is reasonably priced. We were very satisfied with the project.

Isaiah and his crew did an awesome job turning my yard into something worth looking at. My house was built in 1979 and when I bought it 2 years ago it was a mess. The irrigation system was non-functional, the whole yard was dirt and a few weeds. I had to dig canals all over my property to get the water to drain off when it rained. Isaiah regraded my property, installed underground pipes with gutter tie-ins and french drains so now standing water isn't an issue. My property sits lower than my neighbor's, so water would run from her lawn into mine. Isaiah put in a retaining wall to divert the water off my property. They laid sod and added decorative rock as well as stone pavers that connect my driveway to my front door and to my side gate and up to the door of my Florida room. They also laid in an entirely new irrigation system using the well I have on site as the water source. The attention to detail and the speed at which these guys worked blew my mind. Isaiah was great with communication and did his best to stay within my budget. If you need landscaping or construction I would definitely recommend Isaiah Simmons.

Isaiah and team were excellent to work with! The pavers and fence are top notch and was a quick job. He even worked with me on a more rapid schedule to fit us in because of delays with the rain. Yesterday was the first day that my husband and I got to sit outside with the dogs and they enjoyed being able to run around the yard, so I truly appreciate the quick install and I know they do too! We have had Isaiah and crew do many different type projects from removal of trees in difficult locations to pressure cleaning a majority of my walkways and driveway. They designed and completed what I consider to be a complete relandscaping of front view of the house. All work by the crew have always been very professional and respectful. I also have them on a monthly basis taking care of the areas they have designed and planted. I highly recommend them for any and all small to extensive projects. Their work covers more than just landscaping. If I could I would give them 10 stars

This is an amazing company. We've had our paver walkway for years and a sprinkler broke which undermined our walkway. It is essential that we have an even walkway as I am a little wobbly with Parkinson's. I called lots of companies and most of them require a huge minimum. Isaiah came out and looked at my silly 3x3 proposed repair. He suggested a bit more since we saw the 3x3 would not be level. His crew came out and repaired the pavers. He was right!!! The concrete border they used is SO much better than the original job. I will be calling them back for their other services!!!!!!!

Temple Baptist in Titusville Florida needed to have 3/5th of the concrete floor in our sanctuary taken out and replaced! The owner, Isaiah, was super professional. My husband and I had a lot of water that would accumulate during storms in our side yard. So Isaiah came out and installed drains that would deviate the water to another part of our yard. Isaiah and his crew did a great job. And the job site was always neat and clean. He also help us with irrigation issues we had.
